Founded in 2008, the various groups study chamber repertoire from classical to contemporary and jazz music, which often had to be rearranged specifically to accommodate each group’s composition and members’ skill. Members acquire teamwork and team spirit, harmony and above all leadership and appreciation for the score and fellow members’ instruments.

During each concert, members and their group will be assessed individually and as a group. One outstanding group and at most three outstanding chamber musicians will be awarded the coveted “Outstanding Student” and/or the “Outstanding Chamber Group”. The criteria for the evaluation is based on attendance, conduct, teamwork, practice and excellence-in-music.
